Les autorités centrales et les agences d'adoption des pays d'adoption.

Ambassades et consulats des pays d'adoption en poste en Chine,

Tel qu'approuvé par le Bureau de la Commission d'État pour la réforme du secteur public de la République populaire de Chine et à la décision prise par le ministère des Affaires civiles de la République populaire de Chine (ci-après dénommée MCA), le Centre chinois des Affaires Adoption (ci-après dénommé CCAA) a changé son nom en Chine pour le Centre de protection de l'enfance et d'adoption (ci-après dénommé CCCWA) au 15 février 2011.

Le CCCWA continuera de traiter les adoptions inter-pays et assumera la responsabilité de développer, gérer et entretenir le système national de gestion de l'information pour la protection de l'enfance. En outre, le CCCWA  entreprendra également des tâches en ce qui concerne le bien-être des enfants et l'adoption nationale que le MCAlui  confie ainsi que d'autres missions.

À l'heure actuelle, le CCCWA mène, étapes par étapes, le travail de changer sa dénomination sociale et les sceaux concernés. Les sceaux, papier à lettre, les LOA  et les TA envoyé avec le changement seront acceptés. Si un ajustement sera fait en conséquence, le CCCWA publiera un autre avis préalable.

CCCWA souhaite conserver de bonnes relations avec les pays adoptants en soutenant une relation continue, de même, qu'il espère la possibilités de renforcer la coopération  dans le domaine de la protection de l'enfance.

Central authorities and adoption agencies of adopting countries

As approved by the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform of the People's Republic of China and upon the decision made by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as MCA), the China Centre of Adoption Affairs (hereinafter referred to as CCAA) changed its name into China Centre for Children's Welfare and Adoption (hereinafter referred to as CCCWA) on 15 Feb., 2011. The CCCWA will continue to be responsible for dealing with inter-country adoptions and will assume the responsibility of developing, managing and maintaining the National System of Information Management for Child Welfare. Moreover, the CCCWA will also undertake tasks in relation to child welfare and domestic adoption that the MCA entrusts as well as other assigned missions.


At present, the CCCWA is carrying out step by step the work of changing its legal name and the concerned seals. The seals, letter paper, formats of Letter of Seeking Confirmation and Notice for Travelling to China for Adoption which functioned in the past will be used as usual in the initial stages before all the changes are finally accomplished. If any adjustment is going to be made accordingly, the CCCWA will release another notice beforehand.


CCCWA looks forward to an ongoing close relationship with you for inter-country adoptions, and meanwhile hopes for possibilities to strengthen the cooperation with you in the field of child welfare.
